How this course works

This course turns the Disobey Sign & Proceed Contrary to Sign Defence Kit into short, one-idea pages. After most pages you’ll answer a quick check — get it right to move on. At the end there’s a final quiz (100% to complete), which unlocks your personalized trial-ready “Hot Bench” document.

It covers two charges — s. 182(2) (disobey any HTA sign) and s. 144(9) (proceed contrary to a sign at an intersection) — and both trial modes: a conventional trial (officer attends) and certified evidence (officer doesn’t). Access lasts 6 months.
